I enjoyed this book because there are times I doubt my own ability to love; this book addresses that as not only acceptable, but powerful. It made me feel like she was out there feeling the same way I do, only she never thought twice about it.She experienced some terrible things, she tries her best to use them as motivation but at the same time is willing to refuse anyone into her life who doesn't accept her for who she is.And that is empowering.
I love Pierre's writing. I also have the first book and his words are so relatable. He makes you feel like you are not alone and to never give up.
