I am a PUBLIC high school teacher and have a class library and this book is so popular among my boy students. I didn't think my students would be so passionate about a book. It went missing one day and so I had to buy another one because the other kids who were reading it in my other periods were upset (asking-everyday-for-over-a-week-upset! that it was missing). So I bought another one then that one went missing so one of my boys got so fed up he made his mom take him to go buy it at a book store. Imagine a 16 year old in 2017 asking his mom to take him and to go buy a REAL book!! That's pretty insane! : ) It must be good to have boys who don't consider themselves readers to want to read this book.
I enjoyed Tim Tebow's first book, so I ordered the adult version of Shaken thinking it would be more of the same.I was delighted to find that this book was more like a bible study than a memoir, and when I finished I wondered how many people would close this book and go out and be baptized. It's a wonderful message, I'm so glad I ordered it!I ordered this young reader's addition for my eleven year old son and he loved it! We've already passed it along to one of his friends to enjoy.
Given to grandson as a gift. Hope he reads it! I think Tim is a great role model for young boys and men. I love how he is willing to share his faith, and live it our so publicly. Wish there were more young men like him!
