The author doesn't seem neutral in his presentation. I come from an academic background and am used to books that can be a bit...dry. But I felt it could have been laid out better, been more concise and more accessible. It also seemed quite slanted as to his opinions, rather than just certain facts.
I enjoy your products and do most if not all my shopping with you. Your customer service people are the best and I have no complaints. I will continue to shop with you…but these reviews are annoying. Not that I don’t have an opinion, but you do say that my opinion counts and will help you be a better provider for my business. If this is true then please please please get rid of this ridiculous minimum word garbage requirement on comments. Frankly After tell you I’m happy with the product I’m done.
