This is a good book. I actually went to Mr. Zulawski's classes a couple of times. He is a great guy and shows how well this method can work. However, if you are not someone who needs it as a means for work it is only enough to make you dangerous. I went through the classes, I own the book but I was also in law enforcement and a detective for many years. You need to fine tune your skills each and every interview or interrogation including when using the Polygraph system or the CVSA you need to have many, many skills under your belt for these examples even using those machines as well as they can be used. Don't waste your time or money unless you are an officer and can get the continued training you really need to be effective. I was also trained in what is called the READ method so I combine the knowledge and used what works best for me.
Pretty good book. My kids won't be getting away with anything now. I'll show them. The book was listed as like new and it is for the most part. It has some writing in it, fortunately not too bad, and it looks like a kid with a crayon attacked one of the pages. Other than that it's in great condition. Now I just need to find out who wrote in it and interview and interrogate them, using practical aspects of course.
I must admit I bought this book with certain insecurity. The price tag is a bit high for a "shot in the dark".After reading it, I am very glad I bought it. It is packed with great advice on the psychology of lying. By demonstrating how the mind of the lier works, and how the interviewer must use that knowledge to his advantage, the book greatly improved my skills, in a practical way. I believe I will use much of this knowledge in my work. I don't recommend buying the kindle version if you intend to read it on your PC, because it is a lengthy book, which you will probably want to annotate a lot. Advantages of the computer apart, I prefer to annotate physical books.

Great overall textbook, many useful tips and techniques. Useful for daily occasions, a must read.
